The jlbe Platform is operated for and directed at players located in the Philippines. Withdrawal of funds from your jlbe account requires successful completion of our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process, as mandated by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until documentation is satisfactorily provided.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlbe account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:
jlbe will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. All activity conducted through your jlbe account is presumed to be authorised by you unless you have reported a security compromise prior to that activity occurring.
jlbe accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and major credit and debit cards. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). jlbe does not impose currency conversion fees; the balance displayed in your account at all times reflects PHP amounts.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. jlbe reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum transaction limits, which will be displayed at the time of the relevant transaction.
Withdrawal requests for verified jlbe accounts are processed within twenty-four (24) hours on business days. Processing times may vary depending on the chosen withdrawal channel. jlbe is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors, banks, or telecommunications providers.
By depositing funds into your jlbe account, you warrant that the funds are not derived from illegal activity and that you are the rightful owner of the payment method being used. jlbe complies with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and will report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities.

jlbe reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if jlbe has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, are engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or that continuation of your account poses a risk to jlbe or its other members.
Upon termination for cause, jlbe may withhold any balance held in your account pending investigation. Where no breach is found, legitimate account balances will be returned to you via your registered Philippine payment method. You may also close your jlbe account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the jlbe Platform shall first be submitted to jlbe's customer support team for internal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved through this process, it shall be referred to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) as the competent regulatory authority, and thereafter to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
jlbe reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered members via the Platform or by email to the address associated with your jlbe account. Your continued use of the jlbe Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
